The buffet service includes a complete set-up with chafing stands to ensure your food stays hot and is ready for your guests when they arrive. Our friendly, professional staff will plate the meal buffet-style as well as breakdown and cleanup of the serving area.

With full table service, our professional staff will serve plated food at each table, refill drinks as needed, and discretely bus away the dirty dishes to ensure your guests have an enjoyable and impressing dining experience.

2gingers has provided craft services for hundreds of events and concerts here in Abilene. From The Temptations to ZZ Top, we have had the honor to serve numerous groups including full meal set up with snacks and drinks for the entire day.
